• 50% off the booking amount will be refunded - If the cancellation is made less than 24 hrs. prior to the scheduled tour booking time.
• 100% off the booking amount will be refunded – If the cancellation is made 24 hrs. prior to the scheduled tour booking time.
• 100% off the amount will be refunded if the tour is cancelled from our side.
• The refund will be made in the Same mode of payment used while booking.
• You can change the date of tour booking (30% off the previous booking will not be refunded) if requested in less than 24 hrs. prior to the scheduled tour timing.
• You can change the date of tour booking for free only if requested minimum 1-day prior
to the scheduled time.
• 100% off the amount will be refunded or booking date can be changed without any cost (only if going for the same tour), if the tour is cancelled from our side.
