IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Guest need to present the original ticket or online e-ticket in order to gain entry into the Park.
• The ticket is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
• Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and holding a valid ticket.
• Children aged 3 and under can enter the Park for free
• Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age
• The standard operating hours of the Park are set out on our website. Operating hours are subject to change.
• Outside food and beverage not allowed (Exceptions are any food required for medical purposes, medically–indicated nutritional supplements and baby food/baby formula)
• Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides.
• Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy - Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Above 1.2 metres will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• Below 1.2 metres will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• 0 - 3 years of age will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
