IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the Tickets downloaded from our Website
• A disability access pass is available at all ticketing kiosks to any guest requiring one - a medical letter of proof of disability is required.
• Please note that no food and beverages are allowed from outside the theme park.
• If a wheelchair is required during your day at the theme park, a limited quantity is available on a first come first serve basis.
• IIMG World attractions are not suitable for:

• Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Guests who are in a poor state of health.
• Pregnant women.
• Guests who have a medical history of heart, back or neck problems including cardiovascular problems or high blood pressure.
• Guests who have recently undergone surgery or who have been recently unwell which may be aggravated by the motion of the ride or attraction.
• Children who are unable to walk and sit upright unaided. It is not permitted for babies to be held in the arms of other riders.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable

Ticket Policy - Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Above 1.2 metres will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• Below 1.2 metres will be considered as child and charged child rate.

0 - 2 years of age will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
