Burjuman Metro Timings: 11:30 am - Departure points:
- The Mall, Jumeirah
- Burjuman Metro Station - Bus capacity: 65 people per trip
- Guests must arrive at boarding point at least 20 minutes prior to the starting time
- Musical fountain only included in the 04:00 pm trip
- Children under 9 years of age must be accompanied by their parents
- Children younger than 3 years of age go for free
- Burj Khalifa Water Fountain views included only in afternoon trip
- Available from Saturday to Thursday. No trip during Friday.
- The tour is conducted in an open-top double-decker bus

Cancellation Policy
- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled Before 48 Hours No cancellation charge
- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled Between 48 Hours to 72 Hours 50 % charges will be applicable
- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled within 48 Hours or Day of service or after 100 % charges will be applicable
Child Policy
- Under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost (without Seat).
- Between ages 3 to 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Above age 12 years+ will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
